FilingPulse is built to be privacy-respecting. We do not require accounts, collect personal information through forms, sell data, serve advertising, or use third-party analytics or cross-site tracking cookies. The Service stores a small amount of data in your own browser to remember your preferences, and our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs.
The Service uses your browser's local storage for functional purposes only. This data stays on your device, is not transmitted to us, and can be cleared at any time through your browser settings:
The public Service does not set advertising or analytics cookies. A single functional cookie (fp_admin) is used only to authenticate the private administration area and is never set for ordinary visitors.
The Service is hosted on Vercel. Like virtually all websites, the hosting platform automatically processes standard technical request data — such as IP address, browser type, referring page, and timestamps — to deliver content, ensure security, and prevent abuse. This processing is carried out by our hosting provider as part of operating the site; we do not use it to build personal profiles. See Vercel's privacy documentation for details on their handling of this data.
To display filings and market context, the Service retrieves data from third parties (including the SEC EDGAR system and market-data and logo providers). These requests are generally made from our servers, not your browser. Some pages may embed third-party widgets (for example, charts), which can load resources directly in your browser subject to those third parties' own privacy policies.
Because we do not maintain user accounts or a personal-data database, there is no personal profile for us to export or delete. You can clear locally stored preferences at any time via your browser. Depending on your location, you may have rights under data-protection laws such as Türkiye's KVKK (Law No. 6698), the EU/UK GDPR, or the CCPA regarding data processed by our hosting provider; to make a request or ask a question, contact us at the address below.
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction) and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
