By accessing or using FilingPulse (the “Service”), available at markets.nxyz.art, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and by our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service provides general, impersonal information derived from public SEC filings for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and is not a recommendation or solicitation to transact in any security. 3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation, including securities laws;
• scrape, harvest, overload, or place automated or excessive load on the Service or attempt to disrupt its operation or security;
• misrepresent the Service's data as your own original source or as endorsed by the SEC or any third party;
• reverse engineer, resell, or commercially redistribute the Service or its underlying data feeds except as permitted by the relevant data providers' own terms;
• use the Service to provide personalized investment advice to others without your own appropriate licensing.

4. Data sources and intellectual property

Filing data is sourced from the SEC's EDGAR system, a U.S. government resource in the public domain. Certain market data, prices, and company metadata are provided by third-party services and remain subject to those providers' terms and licenses. Company names and logos are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. The Service's original software, design, scoring methodology, and presentation are the property of its operator and may not be copied or reused without permission, except as allowed by law.

5. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, timeliness, availability, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will FilingPulse, its operator, or its data providers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or trading or investment losses, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service, whether based in contract, tort, or any other theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, and may update these Terms, at any time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts and execution offices of the Republic of Türkiye, to the extent permitted by applicable mandatory law. Nothing in these Terms removes any non-waivable protection you may have as a consumer under the mandatory law of your country of residence.
